Pretty in pink
Hello again! Think I might currently be addicted to making Valentines flipbags! This one couldn't get much pinker, but at this time of year we have an excuse, right? :)
This time I used these super cute stickers from Pebbles My Funny Valentines collection and the same Crate Paper Heart Day Paper as the last post.
I made the bag using the steps as in the previous post. I then cut out a tag and decorated it with Pebbles and Crate Paper ephemera and attached it to the bottom pocket along with some other embellishments (using Blu-Tack before I stuck everything down of course!).
I loved making these little pictures. I already had the pink frame but I cut out the second one. I found some little stickers for the phrases and stuck them to card to give them rigidity so I could mount them on foam. Had to sneak in another tassel!
To create the bow I used my We R Memory Keepers Envelope Punch Board. I use this so much and not just for making envelopes! If anyone wants to know how to make bows using it just let me know.
Another cake pop stick was used for the flower embellishment. I basically concertina folded card and stuck it together using a glue gun. Nothing else would hold it together!
Again, all the goodies were stuffed into the pockets behind the mini pictures and the large HEART tag at the top.
Happy crafting xx
